Ghee is a perishable food. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used product. But if something is wrong with your order, we’ll make it right — here’s how.
You can request a refund or replacement if your order arrives damaged or leaked in transit, you received the wrong item, the product is expired or near-expiry on arrival, or there is a genuine manufacturing defect.
Within [48–72 hours] of delivery, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID, an unboxing video, and clear photos. An unboxing video is the fastest way for us to approve a claim, so we strongly recommend filming it.
We cannot accept returns for opened or used jars, change of mind or taste preference, or natural characteristics of a pure product (such as aroma, colour, or grain), or for damage that occurs after delivery.
You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but the cases above still apply.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–7] business days. Your bank may take a little longer to reflect it.
