We currently ship across India. Here’s how delivery works so there are no surprises.
Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–3] business days. Because our ghee is sourced from the hills of Uttarakhand, some batches are made to order — we’ll always keep you informed.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes [3–7] business days via [SHIPPING PARTNER], depending on your location. Remote or hilly pin codes may take a little longer.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat fee of ₹[XX] applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link by email and/or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.
Weather, festivals, and courier or force-majeure events can occasionally cause delays — not unusual for mountain sourcing. We’ll keep you posted if anything affects your order.
Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may attract re-shipping charges.
